Tenant settings

Hideez tenant properties can be accessed through the Settings menu located in the left-hand panel.

Tenant Settings – General

On the General page, customers can update all relevant information about their company, including:

• Brand Name: The company name displayed throughout the system.

• Brand Logo: The company logo shown in the user interface.

• Support Email: The email address where support requests will be directed.

• Support URL: A link to the automated support ticket system, if available.

• Friendly Name: The tenant name displayed in the customer portal.
