Tenant provisioning

Using the Hideez Identity Cloud solution for enterprises begins with provisioning a new tenant on the Hideez Identity Cloud Server. To do this, a new customer must register a tenant using their corporate email address.

To register a new tenant of Hideez Identity Cloud for your company, the following steps must be completed:

  • Open the Hideez Identity Cloud portal at: https://cloud.hideez.com

  • Click the “Create an account” link, complete the registration form, and click the “Continue” button.

  • Once your tenant registration is complete, check your corporate email to activate your Hideez tenant.

  • Look for the activation email in your corporate mailbox and follow the instructions to activate your tenant.

  • To securely access your Hideez tenant with administrative privileges, you must configure secure access.

Note: We recommend using the Hideez Authenticator app for this purpose. Detailed instructions for installation, configuration, and usage can be found in the Hideez Authenticator Mobile App Guide.

  • Enter your desired Hideez Cloud tenancy name and select the region where you want to deploy your Hideez tenant.

  • Congratulations! Your company's Hideez Cloud tenancy has been successfully created, and your browser has been redirected to the Hideez Cloud Management Console for further configuration.
