Hideez Authenticator App

Hideez Authenticator is a free Android/iOS app that turns employee smartphones into personal security tokens. It provides fast and secure access to corporate apps and web services with mobile sign-in

To set up the Authenticator App as a login method for a web service using Hideez Identity Cloud, follow these steps:

  1. Follow the link in the email and select Hideez Authenticator.

  1. Install the Hideez Authenticator app on your smartphone.

  • Select your operating system (Android or iOS), scan the QR code, and proceed to download and install the application.

  1. Scan the code displayed in your PC browser using your phone or tablet.

  1. Confirm the action on your smartphone or tablet.

Log in to the Web service via a smartphone as Passkey

  1. Enter the address of the web service or application you wish to access. You will be redirected to the Hideez Identity Cloud.

  2. Click Sign In with a Hideez Authenticator.

  1. Open the Hideez Authenticator App on your smartphone or tablet, then scan the QR code.

  2. Confirm the action on your smartphone or tablet.

5. Authentication is complete.
