User Management

Adding users to the tenant:

Administrators of tenant can add users by following methods:

  1. Create the user manually.

  2. Import from CSV file.

  3. Import from Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Configuration details can be found in the following link.

Note: When a new user is created—regardless of the method used—an activation email will be sent to the provided email address.

User Attributes – Departments and Positions

Each user can be assigned Department and Position attributes. The required lists of departments and positions can be created and managed through the corresponding menu options in the left-hand panel.

Profile (Left Panel)

Each user can update their profile directly from the Hideez Console. In addition, users can configure additional authentication methods from the Profile section in the left-hand panel.
