Platform Authentication via Windows Hello

Windows Hello is a biometric authentication feature in Windows 10 and later versions. It allows users to sign in to their devices, apps, online services, and networks using facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, or a PIN.

To set up Platform Authentication via Windows Hello as a login method for a web service using Hideez Identity Cloud, follow these steps:

1. Follow the link in the email and select Passkey.

1. Choose this PC as the login method for web applications.

Note: The platform method will allow you to access web services only on this specific PC.

1. Enter the PIN code of your Windows Hello or use a biometric login.

Login to Web services via Windows Hello

1. Enter the address of the web service or application you wish to access.

2. You will be redirected to the Hideez Identity Cloud.

3. Click Sign In with a Passkey.

1. In the subsequent window, choose your user and click OK.

2. Scan your fingerprint using the sensor, or log in via PIN.

3. Authentication is complete.
